“The package that paid extra carriage for delivery this Saturday for my son's birthday on Sunday did not arrive. As you don't work on the weekend there was no contact until this morning when I called you despite having sent an email. The items are now being delivered tomorrow. That is when to ask for a review.”

“On Sunday I placed an order with you and I paid extra for next day delivery so that it would make it on time for my friends birthday. My friends birthday was on Tuesday and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. :(”

“Ordered Easter gift said would be here 8-9th April. No gift for grandchildren but even more unsatisfactory is no email to say what happening. They need to keep customers in Loop. And I have 2 grandchildren with no Easter gift. Poor communication”
