I rang to request item sent on specific date couldn’t accommodate that but was reassured gift would be sent after weekend but it wasn’t so arrived four to five days before birthday so would be stale by birthday. Whole idea of birthday cookie is it arrives on the day!!

Fathers Day gift that was ordered for next day delivery didn't arrive. When I askedabout it, was informed that it was out of stock, but the website hadn't been updated!! Very upset kids.....

The delivery was expensive and slow with a stated window but to make it worse the product arrived later than stated, after the date for the gift. The reason I used you was because you stated it would be delivered on time.

I ordered a personalised cookie for Father’s Day. The box came and written on the box was what was inside so my husband new what he was getting as he picked up the post.

I was expecting delivery by a certain date and the items were delivered late. When I complained about it all I got a was a very curt respone telling me my items had been dispatched... so there...

Not a bad experience, just not one I can recommend. The image of the product shows the name also spelt phonetically, as in a dictionary. This was missing from the travel mug I received. As far as I could see, there was no facility to opt in or out of this feature, nor to add phonetic symbols, so I naturally assumed it would be added automatically. It matters because my wife is a dictionary publisher, so this would have been a really nice additional touch - one of the things that drew me to the mug. Otherwise, the mug is really nicely done.

So I ordered a birthday present for my mom, and also father’s day presents. First order came perfect could not fault it. Second order came with only one item when I ordered two. I was told my parcel was still in the wearhouse. After it said on my delivery that they were being delivered together. Then I received the WRONG item! Then my actual item arrived and it was damaged!!! Highly recommend not using the company.

It's been over a week since ordering and it has yet to be dispatched let alone delivered. No further communication after the initial confirmation of order so no idea if there is a problem or not? First thing I hear is the request for a review! Not good enough.
