You need to use a different courier it arrived on a Saturday when I ordered it to come for our anniversary on the Friday was really gutted my husband couldn't have it for the right day but happy with the compass

Item arrived very promptly and the actual product itself is really good quality. However, the packaging inside was broken which meant I had to fix it in order for the gift to be given. I believe there was not enough packaging to protect the product itself.

1. Order was slow to be picked, packed and despatched. 2. Very badly packed causing the outer box to split and partially collapse - Chocolate bombs were all smashed! 3. DPD were extremely slow in delivering.

Presents arrived just in time but later than promised hence the 3. I was worried when I read the reviews about this company being a scam. Its not I got what I ordered and all the goods were as advertised.

Items are quite good but was disgusted at shipping, my items had an ETA of 20/12/22, the courier only received the item at that date a full week possibly more after I placed my order. Yes I understand it is a busy time of year but no effort was made to ensure the stated ETA.

I know the product is good because I have sent it before. However, as of today 18th Nov it still has not arrived, I paid for express delivery and it was a birthday present. Disappointed with the delivery but not the product as long as it arrives!
