“I wish I could give a zero! I have contacted this company TWICE requesting a refund and have had NO acknowledgement of receipt of these emails, let alone ANY customer service, nor have I gotten my refund; yet I am bombarded daily with new ads for this company.”

“I sent an email to cancel my purchase before my order was shipped, no reply. I have sent two emails as soon as the order arrived to return the package, no reply. I also tried calling, and after 20 minutes of being on hold the other line hung up. I’m now having to call my bank to cancel this transaction….brutal!”
