“I ordered a pair of blundstones that were on sale and out of stock through blundstone, I then found them at PRFO, They shipped very quickly. I had them ahead of the expected delivery time. I am in BC so was impressed by how quickly I got my boots”

“I bought snowboard boots from this store at the end of December 2023 and the boa system on ym right boot completely snapped and broke while I was riding in March 2024, about 3 months into owning the boots. This website indicates they are in warranty (obviously they shouldn’t be breaking after 3 months) and states their customer service will get back to you within 24 hours, I have reached out multiple times to customer service and no one has gotten back to me and it has been over a week. I tried to call the phone number provided and every time it says they are closed and to reach out at the info@pfro.com email address. . . But I am not getting any response from that.”
