“Purchase of our new tent arrived quickly and the tent was in perfect condition! I also appreciated that the price we paid was less than any other site I had searched for this product. **update** we took our tent out on our first adventure and the first night of rain it leaked very badly!! Seams were not sealed well at all! Happy with the style of tent, but disappointed that a brand new msr tent is not properly sealed”

“I have not had any issues. I didn't need to return. From what I recall your return policy isn't great and so I would refrain from buying unless I was certain about that brand size etc.”

“I ordered the 166cm LINE Honey Badger skis from PRFO, and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience! The pricing was a true bargain, so I was very happy with the value of my purchase. Second, shipping was very quick and prompt - even though I reside in the US. I was worried about customs and all that but everything seemed to go smoothly and I received my skis well within the estimated delivery timeline. Upon receipt of my skis, they were well packaged and in factory wrapped condition. And, they ski like a dream! Overall, very happy with my purchase and the service provided by PRFO!”
