Bought a knife which was clearly a return, box was damaged snd knife had been used. Maybe double check your returns before selling them again? Didn’t know that this was a second hand item at full price…

I wish I could give a zero! I have contacted this company TWICE requesting a refund and have had NO acknowledgement of receipt of these emails, let alone ANY customer service, nor have I gotten my refund; yet I am bombarded daily with new ads for this company.

I sent an email to cancel my purchase before my order was shipped, no reply. I have sent two emails as soon as the order arrived to return the package, no reply. I also tried calling, and after 20 minutes of being on hold the other line hung up. I’m now having to call my bank to cancel this transaction….brutal!

I got an email to write on a review on my order. Well, to date, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered it a pair of boots over a month ago. It was shipped right before the Canada post strike so my order was in limbo. I called PRFO to see what could be done and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was already shipped with Canada post. Fast forward 3 weeks later I received a call/VM from someone at PRFO that my order will now be shipped via Purolator. A week after that, still no order so I emailed them a few days ago and still haven’t heard back, only an automated email that my order is now being shipped by another courier. I ordered my boots (and paid for them) 5 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. Terrible service, won’t be ordering from here again.

I'm optimistic, but unfortunately, I have not received my order. I will post another review if I receive my order. Customer service has been very helpful. 5 stars for them.

I never received my order. Order made november 15 2024, se are now decemder 15 2024. Very disappointing for 12$ shipping

Hi there! I’d love to leave a 5 star review but I tried to email you regarding my order and shipping and I never heard back. My order has been stuck at Canada post for a month now. The shoes I ordered is the only item on my daughter’s Xmas list and now we won’t even receive them on time. I really had hope you used a different courier at the time. What upsets me more is you avoiding my email and phone calls won’t go through to you. I really hope we see our order soon. Eva Forrest

I ordered some boots for a long trip I'm going on in the next few days. I placed my order two days before Canada Post’s strike, so my parcel is stuck somewhere. I contacted PRFO to check if they could have any other solution like sending me another pair with shipping cost to me to then return the ones that didn't make it on time, but their only answer was: “It’s not our fault, you need to wait”. Not a single alternative option, plan B or willingness to help. I know Canada Post’s strike is completely out of their control, but the way you react, and solve problems is what makes you different and you failed.

The Men's-Medium size of my purchase was chosen based on of the garment's (Craft Core Nordic Training Pants) accompaning size chart - unfortunately the Medium size was too tight. Since PRFO's policy is items bought at 50% discount PFRO are not able to be returned (buyer paying to return/exchange was not an option) this purchase transaction turned out to be most unfavourable.

Been waiting weeks for a refund for a brand new item that I sent with a prepaid Canada post label. No updates from anyone via e-mail or the website. Would probably never order from here again.
