“Ordered a medium helmet that showed in stock, wrong size was sent to me after showing in stock (honest inventory mistake). Asked to send back for a refund, sent back and showing as received from my tracking number, still haven't received a refund or follow up on where it is.”

“J’ai commandé 2 sacs de couchage. Pour un des sacs, on ne m’a pas fourni la bonne pochette de rangement ce qui fait que le rangement du sac de couchage est pratiquement impossible. Pour l’autre sac de couchage, la couleur sur le site internet ne correspond pas à la réalité”

“On May 1st I ordered a MSR WindBurner 1.0 L coffee press kit, which from the picture included the red cup and the press. It was order #1021170. On May 11th I received in the mail, not what I was expecting, only received the coffee press portion. There were instructions to return the item, which I did, by downloading the return sticker and shipping the box back. I paid $23.63 and have not been refunded my money yet. It is now June 3rd. When will I be getting my money back?”
