“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write a review on Pride + Groom. I was very excited to receive the waterless shampoo, wipes, and spray but the scent is unfortunately very overpowering. I like more natural scents. Additionally, I was disappointed to read that your company only accepts returns on unopened products. Thank you.”

“The non shedder shampoo beats everything else I’m amazed at how great my golden doodle looks. I was hesitant to buy because of the price, but dang; I will be back for more. No tangles, silky fur and she smells great days after shampooing. Perfect!!!”

“I bought the sensitive dog shampoo and the conditioner The shampoo was very weak and watery.I called several times about it and was told the manager would phone me back.She never did and so I will never buy from pride + groom again.I feel I should have got a replacement or refund.”

“We tried the Sensitive Shampoo and loved it. It has a wonderful scent and a silky texture to the lather. My favorite part is the way it dispenses the product at the top. So easy to pour out and use with one hand as you're using your other to hold your pup.”

I took Cooper for the vet visit it was time for him for his yearly shots and when Cooper got in there the text said oh did he just get groomed he smells so great and I said he got groomed two weeks ago right now he’s pride and groom are you”

“I purchased the Sensitive Skin Shampoo and Final Coat Conditioner for my pekapoo. Miles would come back from his groomer with pink skin, itching and scratching; even though she used another “sensitive skin” shampoo” and it would take a few days for his skin to calm down, even though she used a shampoo. I have taken Pride & Groom with him to his last two visits and he had come home without any pink skin and no scratching. His hair is so soft and smells wonderful.”

“The sensitive shampoo was too runny and would not lather.I would not buy again.It was too expensive not to be a superior shampoo.I called customer service about this problem several times but they didn,t return my call.”

“Using the shedder shampoo & conditioner, our border collie smells so good all the time & her fur is so soft. I have had many people tell me how great her fur looks & feels. She had a run in with a skunk, not a full on spray, but bad enough. Gave her a bath with your shampoo one time was all it took to have her smelling great again. Very happy with your product.”
