“Hi - kind of wonky website ordering experience on mobile but shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, I am extremely sensitive to smells. I thought the products were going to smell more earthy/mild, like the essential oils listed, but instead, they smell like strong flowery perfume so I won't be using. I had to open the bottles to smell them so can't return them.”

“I love the smell of the shampoo but I got the shampoo and the seal was broken and shampoo was all over. A total mess I called right away and the lady said she will get back to me which she never did. I would love a refund or a replacement please”

“Hey, so I took my Daisy here 2 years ago, and loved what they did! Since then Daisy has gone back twice, not so happy! 6 months ago, they did a horrible job, charged me 135.00 and she barely looked lije she was groomed at all, called and complained and was not at all satisfied with their response, don't have so many large dogs at once if you can't give them all the attention they deserve, again charged 135.00. Just had her there on Saturday, she looks groomed this time but crooked, looks like they got way to close on one hind leg, her rear end is crooked her elbows are different one longer Tham the other and her chest, looks like they forgot, and charged me 235.00. 100 dollars more than 6 months ago. I will NEVER tale my doh back there again”

“I was very excited to receive the dog brush as I am very happy with the shampoo and conditioner products. My goldendoodle was recently groomed so he had no mats and I wanted to keep up his grooming. Initially, the brush was awesome. I like that it is two sided; one side for matting and one to maintain silky fur. I have used the brush daily for a little over one month. I am very gentle with it. To my dismay, there are three bristles already missing and @ six bristles on each side of the brush are bent. I am very disappointed. I purchased two other brushes for friends and now that I am disillusioned with the quality, I am sorry I did.”

“I decided to try your shampoo and conditioner for my dogs even though the price is exorbitant. I’m sorry to say that I’m hugely disappointed in your products. They are simply nothing special. I expected my dogs to at least smell nice after bathing but your products don’t have a nice scent. As for helping to control shedding....nope. I’m truly baffled by the price tag on your products and what exactly makes them worth that amount of money. Sorry but I won’t be buying your products again. I’m sticking with my usual Soos and Buddy Wash.”

“I bought the sensitive dog shampoo and the conditioner The shampoo was very weak and watery.I called several times about it and was told the manager would phone me back.She never did and so I will never buy from pride + groom again.I feel I should have got a replacement or refund.”
