“I was very excited to learn about this brand on The View, and I always try to find the best products for my dog. I hate to say it, but I was not very impressed/happy with the products once they arrived. The products don't have a great smell or consistency. I found that they made my dog's hair feel rough and not nice and conditioned afterward. I really love the ingredients and what the company stands for; I just think the formula is not what I expected.”

Hi Rosemary! That is exactly what this product is meant for, and has been proven to do. We recommend focusing on individual areas and using a brush or comb with the spray. It can be applied to wet or dry hair. We also share many demos on how to use the products on our social media. Thanks for shopping with us!

“I have gotten a email to review again. I previously did a review and mentioned why I would not be ordering again. But, I'm guessing that this isn't monitored well.”

“It definitely loosens mats but doesn't get them fully removed no matter how much i used or how long it sat. I still had to cut the mats behind the ear. At least it helps.”

Hi Damaris, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, some tangles and mats can be so tight and close to the skin that the only solution is to cut it out :( We are glad that the Final Coat Conditioner could loosen some of the mats!

“I found shampoo watery. Needed to use a lot more. On other hand conditioner was so thick I could not squeeze out small nozzle. I had to take top off and pound it out. Results were nice. Dogs smelled good and felt soft.”

“Everything smells great but the “The Scent” deodorizer came in a bottle with a spray top that doesn’t spray so it’s not useable till I find another bottle to use instead. It was disappointing since I was excited to use it on my stinky pup.”
