“The books are top quality, people always comment on how nice they look and feel, which is great. But the main reason I'd give them a five star review is the excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are unfailingly helpful and supportive and always answer emails and phone calls, giving good advice and patiently explaining what can feel quite a complex process.”

“Prime Publishing Books has provided a tremendous support system has a new entrepreneurial author. The team was very understanding, they worked extremely hard on my projects even with my high demands and certain deadlines. They even answered my questions on the weekends even if they were not supposed to be working. This is a good customer service looks like even with a tight deadline.”

“They have been a pleasure to work with. Communication is quick, and they provide regular updates on the project. The graphic design team does great work on illustrations, and the website design is well done. The editing staff and book layout team could use more experienced personnel; however, they work closely with you to support your vision.”
