"Really bad service, high resolution pictures provided but I noticed the email received for approval it was a low resolution so I sent another email with the instructions the pictures to use but they ignored it.i wrote to complain twice but not reply so I called and I got told they complying to term and condition, I did ask the email confirmation to check if it is the right picture but they went silence to me I only wish I would have checked people review before to deal with this unprofessional people.\r\nI STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE."

"This company seems to be a scam. Ordered and paid money for a job online and up todate have not received any response. Have emailed the company and no response. Have tried calling and no one picks up. \nVery sad indeed."

"Dreadful!!!\r\n\r\nThey stuffed my 8ft by 8ft banner in a 2ft box!!! Shouldn\u2019t even get one star!!! Where is the common sense??? \r\nYou run a print company and cannot provide suitable packaging! The banner is ruined lots of crease marks and it\u2019s terrible!!!"

"AVOID - POOR QUALITY - ZERO REFUND\r\nAVOID. HIGH RISK OF POOR QUALITY WITH LITTLE CHANCE OF REFUND.\r\n\r\nI bought two pocketed banners which arrived with dreadful print quality (low resolution) despite the artwork being vector graphic. The finishing was rough, scissored edges, bubbled surface and only on pocket when two ordered.\r\n\r\nThomas offered replacements which were of identical poor quality. Another reprint offer came, though I was obviously sceptical and asked for a photograph of the reprint before I would accept it... no response since before Chrstmas 2021.\r\n\r\nIt has been months of constant reminders about the issue, but generally being ignored or fobbed off to the point I have taken the issue up with trading standards, as, you will see my case is similar to many people's meaning there is a bigger problem with the company being allowed to provide such a poor service. \r\n\r\nHaving decades of experience with print, and purchased other quick turnaround banners from other suppliers, it is clear that Printed Today are not working to an industry standard in any way shape or form. They will try to get you to return the item (so you no longer have the proof) and state that large format print should only be viewed from 2m away (which is nonsense, modern machines will print pin sharp unless your imagery is very low res or they print at a low setting).\r\n\r\nUnless you want to play banner quality roulette, or are happy with fuzzy print, scuff marks and jagged edges, plus non-existent customer service then avoid this company!!!"
