“I spoke to Paul Martin, explaining to him that I had not properly read the T and C's for a voucher that I had purchased in November 2021, thinking that I had to activate the voucher code by 5th February 2022. In fact I had to use the voucher by that date. It was by now 1st February 2022 and I had absolutely no opportunity to use that voucher by 5th Feb. Although the problem was clearly of my own making, Mr Martin showed understanding and quickly, efficiently and generously extended the deadline so that I could make full use of the voucher.
