“Over all im very disappointed with the printerpix service. The original print quality was poor and very dark. I emailed several times to try and sort the issue with no response and my mobile network was unable to connect me to their number. After two weeks I finally had a live chat with Mathew who was very helpful and prompt and has hopefully sorted a replacement. He did what I wanted doing in the first place.”

The reason you do not have a 5 star rating is because of the appalling service from 2 other customer service advisors and the fact that you have not fulfilled your promise when I placed my order. If I could rate Patrick alone his rating would be a perfect 5 star. This is the type of person you need to look after in your company he is worth investing in.

“We ordered 5 photo books for our European trip and they came out beautifully. We bought the voucher through Groupon and had no problem using it. Shipping charge was reasonable and we upgraded the paper. Only reason I won't give them 5 stars is the program doesn't let you truly customize the layout on the pages.”
