Ordered multiple Christmas gifts from printerpix before the Christmas guarantee deadline date of the 9th of December. Its now the 24th of December and still haven't received my gifts as promised for Christmas. Looks like ive got some explaining to do whereby my family will not be receiving their gifts until mid January! I wouldn't complain if there wasn't a Christmas guarantee promise, but if the company doesn't provide a service as promised then I must have my say. so disappointed.

SCAM ALERT I'm giving one star because I cant give minus stars. My item was shipped the 23rd of November. I sent 3 emails no response. Also 7 or 8 Instagram comments on their posts. I thought they were ignoring my instagram comments, but my boyfriend checked from his page and actually my comments are hidden from the public. Huge scam. I'm going further about this. I have all the proof

Placed an order on the 6th Dec received email on the 11th Dec to say dispatched its now the 24th but still not arrived, I tried to call the Company last night was on hold for 45 minutes without getting through. Today I wanted to web chat someone from the company again waited over 45 minutes once through I explained still waiting for my order her reply was thank you for your order its been dispatched and will be with you shortly she then ended the call. This was my first order with this Company and will be the last never had such poor service from a Company.

Ordered 3 items from Printer pix on 12/9 which is days before the cut off day they give for Christmas delivery. My items are still in production and I have not received any response from customer service which I have contacted several times. Some family members wont be receiving gifts this year due to this company. THEY SUCK!!

Horrific! Ordered a slate, which arrived in half, not surprisingly as it was packaged terribly. This was a Christmas present so I needed to speak to customer service, which after 59 mins on hold I got through to the most useless advisor who offered to refund 7.99? It cost £30! It then gets worse as on my phone bill I now have a nearly £50 phone call as it had dialled an 0844 number. Long story short I have spent £80 and all I have is a broken slate!

I ordered December 4th, I was told when I called looking for my item last week, that I would have it by Christmas. It does look like my item finally shipped but not expected to reach me until December 29th. I only wish I would have read the reviews first, I am not expecting much when I eventually do get my item based on others reviews. Heading out to the Mall to try to find replacement gifts for Christmas gifts!! PLEASE NOTE if you order it takes 10 plus days to fill the order and another 7 to 10 days for shipping.

This is a HORRIBLE company to work with. I purchased a photo blanket on November 6th. It is now December 22nd and I have not received it. Their website says if you order blankets by December 12th that you will get it by Christmas.... that is obviously a lie since mine was placed on November 6th and nothing. I have tried contacting them for weeks now. There phone never works or you wait on hold until it disconnects you. They do NOT answer emails as I have sent multiple. I have spent HOURS on chat just to be cut off multiple times when I get close to the first person in line of the queue. I will NOT order from them again and I will make sure everyone knows about my experience with them. As of now, I still have not gotten a response from them

I placed an order online for 3 10x12 canvas with pictures printed on them. I placed this order on December 3rd today is December 22nd and their website still says that my order is "in production". These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. this sucks because now I have to scramble to get other gifts which means spending more money because I'm almost certain I will not be refunded the money I've already paid them. i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter and I suggest that each of you do the same.

I ordered a present for my son on 30th Nov just gone will take 15 working days rang up last Wednesday it was awaiting dispatch I rang today it was done twice poor quality will refund shipping Where is the product oh mam waiting on shipping label will try get before Xmas for you it's takes 7 days then told computer fault then bloody Covid. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BLOODY BUNCH OF IDIOTS sounds like a call centre in Pakistan have never spoke to an English person (, not being racist) I live Blackpool two friends ordered after me and have got theirs Where's mine WATCH THIS SPACE

Did not deliver one time ( despite being well within the cut off time for Christmas), Terrible customer service ( that's if you can get hold of anyone). Very difficult to track orders. I wouldn't recommend.

Do not use. Looks like UK company, but difficult to contact them and when you do struggle to be understood. Very poor quality photo blanket. Whilst the printing quality is good, the quality of the fleece blanket was very poor. Not cheap either, even with discounts plus £9.99 postal cost ... definitely coming from abroad. On its own not a problem, but as with other reviews it takes weeks to receive.

I wish I could say zero!! Absolute cowboys! Take your money and don't deliver good then send you said emails promising deliveries they cannot provide! 3 weeks of chasing! Keep getting covid as an excuse but other companies have adapted....why can't you???

I ordered a calendar 31st November. I was told it was dispatched on 2nd December. I’m still waiting. It’s a Xmas gift, I keep try to get another one dispatched with express delivery but being met with a stone wall response from so called customer service. I will never use again.

Ordered 4 photo coasters as a special Christmas gift and received one. Waited 25 mins on the phone to be told I had only ordered 1. Very unhelpful person on phone who I could barely understand. Very misleading advertising. So not use them!!

Placed an order 2 canvases no tracking information and the staff are very rude on the phone, it’s a stupid price you pay for delivery and no tracking information they won’t even tell you anything on the phone I wish I had never ordered from this site

This company is a joke and intentionally misrepresents shipping and production dates. Ordered photo blanket on nov30... website listed 3-5 days production time and 5-7 days for shipping. I have spoke. With them twice and they refused to do anything to improve their delivery time. Will not even direct ship to intended receiver. Will not overnight to purchaser. DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY On This Unethical and incompetent company.

Absolutely night mare wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I paid for some personalized Christmas presents - only 2 of 12 items arrived and they are saying it was delivered and down to the postal company! 2 Expensive coasters! Avoid!

3 weeks later and iv still not received my blanket. Iv contacted several email addresses at printerpix and 1 week later still haven't had a response. Embarrassing for myself and the company that I haven't given a gift on time

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered bulk caledar. When the time came for me to create my project (which I have done with other companies: Shutterfly, Vistaprint, Walmart, Target, Zazzle) I had the hardest time. Their website is slow and crashes, the software editing tools are right in the middle of the design, obstructing the view and if you need to reach someone forget. I tried calling, to no avail, I chatted with 3 people,who later go my info wrong, like my name (I have the emails to prove it). When I finally got through to someone, he tried to charge me almost double what I had already paid, just for shipping and thought he was doing me a favor by "discounting it". Why would I want to pay extra shipping when my voucher, which was already paid for included. I got so annoyed and disputed with my bank. Stay clear from this company.
