“Production quality was good but when I asked for a quote for follow on reprints I was first quoted a much higher than the original unit price. After negotiation their reprint cost was still 90% higher than the competition. This is in contrast to the usual print on demand model where the marginal cost for reprints is much lower. DO NOT USE if you anticipate reprints , This is not how print on demand should work. I feel I have been conned”
