“Zy was fantastic. I love the clothes except, the order for the hoodie hasn’t come yet?l. The shirts I ordered two days after the sweater came faster than the hoodie. Is the hoodie on it’s way? Everything was excellent except for the time it’s taking the hoodie to arrive....”

“It wasn't good at all. I still don't have it. It's actually still "waiting fulfillment" even though I placed my order over a week ago. There have been no emails, no updates, and no contact from the store. Even if you're overwhelmed with orders, you could at least reach out to your customers and tell them about the delay. I also had issues with the payment when I was purchasing which took forever to work. I'm so disappointed, I am a first time customer and wanted to support a more local store but not worth the hassle/slowness.”
