“Not worth the money. The pics of the house are hardly viable in the video and the three total "leads" I got were bogus. I won't do it again.”

“A little disappointed as the schools were incorrect I wish I could edit these ads. Also, some of the verbiage sounds like a bot so would be great to edit. In the future, I would consider running another ad if there's an edit feature.”

“The advertising AI is great because it saves me lots of time and I can work at listing and selling properties. I love the exposure and appreciate the help with marketing. If Property Simple would offer telephone customer service that would make them #1 for me. I had a few issues and would have preferred to pick up the phone and talk to someone.”

“As is typical and standard with Facebook ads, all contact information for leads was bad. No method for contact. Leads enter whatever info to get to the desired information. The ad and video and dashboard are great but no viable lead generated.”
