“Very well organized course. Presentation is clear and very user-friendly. You can go at your own pace and access previous content for review if you want. The final exam can be done any time you want; you don't have to wait for a proctor to be available. All in all a very quick and painless way to get your certificate while still feeling like you have all the necessary information. 5/5.”

“I had a lot of trouble navigating the site. I was using my iPhone. Maybe a laptop or pc would have worked better.”

“I started to register on Probe It few days ago. When my expectation was not happening, i was sad but i realized things has changed these time globally. I tried to pursue in whatever means i could stretching my patience & asking for support. The support given to me was satisfactory & even made me relieved from my worries when the person assisting me most of my calls & emails told me I have 60 days to complete it.”

Hello Mary, Unfortunately, we are sorry that you felt this way. We have explained to you three times that your exam is being blocked by your computer's antivirus software and that you will need to disable it in order to proceed with the exam. We even attempted to assist you through zoom and phone conversations. Your frustration should be directed at the anti-virus software you installed on your machine, not at our customer service. We did our best, and in the end, we certified you. Finally, we would like to extend our congratulations on receiving your FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Certificate from us.
