“The course was interesting and useful. I sometimes found it a little difficult to navigate the software. (I have a mac) AS an older person I would have appreciated having a print version of the manual for revision purposes and for future reference.”

“I really liked how Probe It set up the Safe Food Handling course. I liked that you didn't have to complete the course all at one time. I found it very easy to follow. I would recommend this course to my friends.”

“I have registered an year ago but I couldn’t do it because I was stuck in different job. Then I have decided to join back to the kitchen where I have to do the course. My registration was expired but when I talked to them they said I can just renew it by just $22 dollars instead of paying the whole amount... That was awesome, really appreciated”
