Hello Courtney, I am not sure how you made such a claim. Your certificate is uploaded to your account as well it was emailed to you on two different occasions. In any case. Our customer service called and left you three voicemails on how to download your certificate and we recorded a loom video to help you. Thank you for taking the course with us.

“In just 3 days readings and answering the exam I got my food safe already. Best decision I went here in this online course. No hassle, i had fun and I did'nt bored the times itook this course. One thing more the one who do answering your email, there are approachable and polite. Very cheaper, it easy to pay out of the pocket. just only 55 dollars after tax you can get your Certificate.
