“I chose to do my food handlers course with Probe It after exploring other options online and decided this was the best choice for me. Probe It is excellent!!! Very thorough course. “The guidance through the process is not defined well and clients don't know what is coming next. It needs to be more user friendly. Also after 3 messages I let on your answering machine, no-one called me back to help me through the process. "Frustrating"”
