“(will be long but if your considering buying please read) So I rated their service a 3 for some specific reasons. the positives of my experience was the the customer support wasn't rude and gave me as much information as possible before buying gold from them! and heard out my concerns *awesome customer service* and the prices weren't to bad overall it should have been a perfect experience giving their detailed explanation on how they wanna keep buyers safe. now to the reason I'm not giving them a 5. this is my experience: bought 100m gold, got a message pretty much saying a lot of people are currently buying at the moment can take up to 10-15 mins, longer then 5 mins like stated on website but hey not a big deal, got a message to meet in a F2P world at Lumbridge (didn't even give me a choice which I was told I can pick before purchase) , so on their website it stated "we always use only high-level accounts to trade customers which provides an additional layer of safety for your account." well he showed up with a lvl 3... I guess that statement wasn't true. so I messaged customer support because I was not trading a lvl 3 in a f2p world in Lumbridge because I chose their service because they seemed to really care about their buyers safety. NOW he was cool I had to wait an additional 5-10 mins but he showed up with a higher lvl account (looked at his stats and looks like an account that they sell on here so be warned lol) and received the gold. Conclusion: 3 stars for at least getting the gold and some good customer service, not a 5 for not holding up the company's statements of keeping the buyer safe. now this was my experience I could have been an anomaly and got unlucky but if you buy from here do not be afraid to hold them to their own standards, shouldn't matter how busy they're companys standards should always be held.”
