“I purchased 300m in OSRS gold to build an account I also purchased from Probemas, in addition to other services. The newly purchased account was banned because it was used for gold farming by Probemas, resulting in a loss of over 700m GP (all purchased from Probemas). Probemas' response has essentially been, "You knew the risk we cannot do anything." They offered to sell me an account for %50 off in exchange for the ˜$1000 I lost due to their carelessness. Makes sense, right? I take on more risk while they profit.”

“Purchased an account from Probemas that was banned the following day. Apparently the account was used to farm gold prior to my purchase. I reached out to Probemas for help, but received no support. After supporting Probemas for nearly a year, they'll likely never get my business again.”

“terrible serive, John disconnected my chat mid review, and I am unable to open chats again on the site. I had to wait almost a full hour for delivery and then the resolution given for taking so much of my time was a slap in the face. After presenting this to them, John then became combative with a customer. Will not use again. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere cheaper anyways, this place is about 11 cents per mill more expensive at the moment.”

“they refuse to take my card telling me that my bank is declining because of "3d secure" talked to my bank and they talked to 2 different managers and never heard of 3d secure. they are refusing to sell me gold if i use my card and are trying to force me to use cash app or crypto. absolute scammers!!!”

“Was told that they didn't require IDs for small purchases, and made a purchase well below the limitations. I was then immediately requested to upload many pictures of the card, id, selfies, etc by the live chat worker. Very sketchy practices and I do not recommend them. I have no issues doing validation steps for large transactions, however I'm not just going to toss over full ownership to my bank card to any random who demands it.”

“Bought 200m and right after i traded the seller for it my account gets hijacked through some virus that probably got into my computer from the site and i log back in and the 200mill gone and the support said they dont know anything but isnt it obv that right after i trade to get the 200m something like this happens.”
