“They used to have a no ID policy which was their bread and butter for me but no longer. I requested a refund and was given with very little hassle involved. Customer service was fast and friendly. Just sucks they got rid of their no ID policy. And they aren't the cheapest. So requiring ID and being quite expensive is a BIG no no. Three stars seems appropriate.”

“Daniel at customer support was very helpful and friendly. However, I also passed upon a suggestion to him about being able to see loyalty points for your purchase on the front page. It also made me feel uncomfortable that I could easily spot 4/5 other customers in the time that I had bought and left. I personally think that anonymity is key in this business and knowing that people will have seen me in the same way I saw them made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.”

“They've been great, and reliable. Thing is, I'm always charged for the original price and not the discounted price I was told at checkout. Wish this issue was resolved. Frouzy was simple and quick though.”
