“I really liked your services, but I had a problem with the rewards system. I kept getting emails with discount codes after I had already bought gold- never before. It seemed like a slap in the face cause it makes it seem like you’re just trying to get more $$ out of people without giving an actual benefit of using your service, like you purposefully wait to send a discount code until after so you can convince people to come back and purchase a second time in the same day. You give 5% more gold to people who “forget something in their cart” but only 3% to people who already give you money via purchased services/gp. Kinda greedy dawg”

“Good service, only bad thing was you have to sign in everytime to get bonus points. Missed out on heaps at the start. Also dislike that one dude who low balls. Honesty is the best policy. Would still recommend Probemas to noobs and autistic ppl”

“4 out of 5 in my book good and quick service, everytime they've done great about communicating and getting my purchase to me in the fastest time. The only reason I put 4 is because there are other services that are roughly 20-120 dollars cheaper on bigger name items, the rewards chest system just feels like a it is rigged to always give you nothing or the lowest ranking thing possible.”
