“Ordering on this site was easy , I was not able to get a response however on an estimated ship date when emailing the sales team two days in a row but I was ablt to get tracking on the third day by calling the number on the site . Which I was pleasnestly supprised the order was shipped altho my status on the portal said ready to ship still.”

“it felt lost in the process but it came as expected and for that kudos. The trackng was not right there to follow but it came within a reasonable time and this is the second bulb i purchased from them. So far the last one is over 1700 hours and about to reduce its uber crispness but have this new on ready to pop in like the details say in listings.”

“Felt kinda iffy about this, no one ever answered when I tried calling 3 times and the "chat" on the webpage was never available. Nonetheless, we got our order and it was at a good price with free shipping. We did have to contact them to get tracking info for the shipment which was odd. This is a good deal for a backup lamp for some aging projectors.”
