“I was a little skeptical. I looked at Amazon's first. But the negative reviews scared me away from those bulbs. I happen to see this site. It had great specs and I couldn't see reviews. So out of sight out of mind. And I ordered. Shilling was very fast. Even for free standard. I installed last night. And wow. Bulb is awesome. I had to turn projector from dynamic to presentation because how bright and colorful the bulb is. Even my wife commented on nice it was. And she doesn't know that much about electronics. Will definitely order again”

“I received the projector lamp promptly, and it was as described. The lamp was easy to install with only 3 screws and a snap into place. So far, after a week of use, the picture quality is great. There was a bit of new bulb heat smell but it quickly dissipated. I made sure i used rubber gloves while handling the new bulb to protect from my skin oils.”

“The bulb I initially ordered was not bright enough. I contacted customer service & they recommended a different bulb. The replacement arrived quickly & is much brighter. Works perfectly.”

“I have not used the lamps yet but the shipment came quickly with plenty of tracking updates. My only small complaint was I did not receive an order confirmation or payment receipt. This was quickly resolved with a brief email to USA lamp and quick response with a receipt from their team. I will update my review once I try the lamp. So far a good experience!”

“The lamp I had ordered initially worked but stopped working the first day I received it. I attempted to reach out through their website to initiate an exchange and didn't receive a response. I then contacted the sales team that I received the shipping confirmation through they responded and said they would ship me a replacement lamp. 11 days later still have not received a replacement. Reach out to confirm shipping they confirm it shipped 11 days ago and would see about getting tracking info for shipment. That was 5 days ago I just received a tracking number that shows the shipment was set up this morning shipping out of the UK so it will probably be another week before I have a replacement. Save yourself time and just order the Chinese one off of Amazon at least they won't take a month to get you a replacement.”
