“Customer service has been excellent and very professional to address the replacement of the defective lamp, their prompt response is greatly appreciated. Receiving a defective product was disappointing but I understand as a distributor, not a manufacturer, that is out of your control. My only complaint was the that delivery of the product was twice the initially stated time with no communication of a delay. Thank you, God Bless”

“Felt kinda iffy about this, no one ever answered when I tried calling 3 times and the "chat" on the webpage was never available. Nonetheless, we got our order and it was at a good price with free shipping. We did have to contact them to get tracking info for the shipment which was odd. This is a good deal for a backup lamp for some aging projectors.”

“I have not used the lamps yet but the shipment came quickly with plenty of tracking updates. My only small complaint was I did not receive an order confirmation or payment receipt. This was quickly resolved with a brief email to USA lamp and quick response with a receipt from their team. I will update my review once I try the lamp. So far a good experience!”

“The new lamp works great, the instructions for resetting the lamp timer were not included with the lamp so that meant a trip online to get that info.”

“Bulb works great. I was worried because it was so cheap that it would not be right. It fits and works perfectly. Very quick delivery too. My only complaint is my projector still shows replace lamp. I don't know if that is to do with the lamp or projector but it still working!”
