“I had a couple questions that were answered and put my uncertainty at ease. I was uncertain about ordering a "bulb" over the internet. Ordering was an ease and the bulb is working out great! ! I would encourage others to use this company and I will be a repeat customer if needed.”

“Excellent customer service. Because I was initially skeptical about how real this company was, I called the contact number and was pleasantly surprised by a human voice! She was very nice and was ok with me calling to see if it was a real company. My order arrived promptly and was an OEM part. I installed the replacement bulb for my Optoma HD141X and it has been 2 months and it is still working perfectly. Great prices as well.”

“I was concerned that the brightness of a replacement lamp from Projector Lamps might not as great as the Original lamp in my JVC DLA-RS540U. At 4200 hours on the original operating lamp, I decided to take a chance with this less expensive alternative to the OEM JVC . While I obviously don't have a "fresh" JVC lamp for comparison, it is very bright and was, indeed, a genuine Oshio lamp as described. Hopefully it will continue to perform as well as the original.”

“Ordered a replacement lamp where it arrived fine. Well packaged. Fit perfectly. I just hope that it lives as long as the one it replaced. These projectors while dated still, with the correctly tuned components work fine. I've had this set since 2008. It's on a third bulb. That aint too shabby! I just hope these color chips hold up!”
