I bought a lamp for my Benq projector, thinking this was a better investment ($250) than a 'cheap' Amazon bulb. The bulb they sent me overheats in 2-3 minutes, and the completely cleaned projector will not stay on. No answer to any of my emails or requests for service either. This was an expensive lesson.

The support number voice-mail is 100% incognito. Not a good sign gor a vendor that wants to be seen providing good services

Purchase 2 bulbs at different times for an Epson 5040ub. Both were less than half the brightness of the old original lamp. ProjectorLamps would not respond to any of my inquires which were basically asking for help in case there were any extra steps to take to get them to work correctly.

I received a bluntly falsified, non-Osram, non-original lamp with an unidentifiable brand name on the lamp, made of very cheap material (see photo attached). The lamp exploded the moment the projector was turned on. On the right is an original Osram lamp I had bought from Projector Lamps in 2018. On the left is the grossly falsified, non-Osram lamp Projector Lamps sent me this time in 2022.

my lamp died after about 3 months of use for a few hours each evening. because it was at a vacation home, i was 10 months into my ownership, and was not covered by warranty. the person on the phone was very polite, but of course she is bound by company policies.

You decide: Ordered lamp on Thursday and paid overnight shipping premium. Website said following Monday delivery. That's acceptable because Saturday is Christmas. Got an email on Monday saying they shipped it today and expect it Tuesday night. I called and they explained they closed early on Thursday, of course, I'm ordering on the website and unaware. So that means 2 day FEDEX shipping which is $10 cheaper. I asked to credit my card and the not so Merry owner chose to keep it. They could of done the right thing but apparently $10 is their breaking point! Recommend try another website.

They do not honor their guarantee. I contacted them after using a lamp for a month and it failed! They refused to respond to my requests. This is unacceptable for A LAMP THAT COST ALMOST $400.00! PS They claim it to be an "original replacement" lamp, but it's not a genuine JVC replacement. DON'T BE FOOLED!

The bulb blew in two months! It wasn’t protected in foam wrapping when it was shipped to me..
