“Easy to register, although I had to do this since 13 months had elapsed since my last order. Your delivery schedule map needs amending. According to the map my RG postcode delivers on a Wednesday but this is not the case for addresses with RG postcodes in Hampshire.”

Thanks for leaving a review Apologies for the confusion with your RG postcode. It is a difficult area to be precise with on a basic map due to the fact we are based in the South West and often take different routes to London based on demand. “I feel that the products are excellent but the payment methods are very poor as these days online payment is accepted in all online shopping without being re directed from a link that is not the best at all. also I find that the delivery charges are extremely expensive as i post out a lot of items myself I know that I am being very overcharged for delivery, also all reviews I read about projuice , everyone complains about the overcharging of the deliveries, I think customers should be heard and changes implemented in this sector Thank you.”

Thank you for your review. With regards our payment methods you can order our entire product range on our website and pay online at the checkout which is quick, efficient and simple - there is no directing to a link. Not many wholesalers offer this service. Only on phone orders do we send a link for payment. This is purely for security for both ourselves and our customers. With regards delivery - our costs may seem high but these are reflective of the cost of delivering frozen goods. We do not send frozen goods in the post or by courier as the risk of defrosting is too high. We use our own delivery vans for the South and our carefully selected partner for the Midlands and North to ensure the product arrives with you in its best possible state. If you are ordering non-frozen goods then our delivery charges are extremely competitive as we use DPD. Thanks once again for your review and we're glad you enjoy our products.

“Delivered frozen yogurt to billing address instead of shipping address. Billing address had no facility to store frozen goods and goods had to be left with neighbour so several items thawed.”

Hi Kevin, This was an honest mistake so please accept our apologies. The delivery company informed us that you agreed for them to leave the order with a neighbor however that does not excuse our error. “We had asked for delivery to arrive after 11am(our opening hours are 11am-6.30pm) ,clearly mentioned in the order note but the driver came at 10.30 am and said he couldn't wait till after 11 as he had other deliveries to attend to. It was largely inconvenient for us as we had to pay someone extra to collect the delivery for us as juice bar wasn't even open when he came to deliver.”

Apologies for the confusion with your order. When you first set up your website account you stated your opening times and these still appear on every website order you place. I understand you have added notes changing your opening hours but if you could please change your default opening times in your account we can avoid this happening again. All the best

“Didn't have 1 box of smoothies in stock and the solution was to delay the whole order instead of sending the missing box a few days later!!!!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Due to the high cost of frozen delivery, sending one box is not a viable option. Our policy in this situation is to either 1. swap to another flavour, 2. receive the flavour on your next order or 3. postpone your order until the flavour is in stock. I'm sorry for your inconvenience in this case and please rest assured this was a very rare occurrence as we are usually very well stocked with all our smoothie flavours.

“Product is perfect quality, made a lot of juice for winter; delivered on time. Only thing delivery charge quite expensive taking into account that you do usual areas run so it should have been better priced.”
