“The products are good and prices are reasonable but the payment process needs improving and the delivery time is very poor and requires much improvement.”

Hi Yan, Good to speak with you yesterday regarding our waffles and swirl. To reiterate: Our waffles are authentic liege waffles made in Belgian to a traditional recipe. A liege waffle will always be very sweet due to the pearl sugar used in the dough. There are many varieties of waffles including savoury ones but we only sell the Liege and it has proved very popular indeed. If you would like some recipe ideas don't hesitate to call the office on 01395 239 500. I believe the problem with your Swirl machine has now been rectified - the product needs to be at -18°C for the perfect ice cream or frozen yogurt. “Love the product but when i placed the order on line it allowed me to purchase 8x5lt choc frozen yoghurt, after I had made payment I was then called back to say that only 2 of the 8 that I had purchased were in stock. The website should only allow me to purchase stock that is available. I had to order other flavours that I don't really want so that the order could be made up. As I say, I love the products but I just felt a bit annoyed by the experience.”

“I found it difficult to see what classes as '1 box'. With 20 products in my shopping cart I was initially under the impression that would more than cover the 15 'boxes' required for free delivery. It would be useful to see how this is calculate in the shopping cart. Great help and advise from Jay on the phone. Thanks.”

Hi Claire, I'm sorry you feel that way. We pride ourselves on using Grade A premium fruit and we have more fruit in our bags than anyone else with many happy customers. Were you using our 100g or 150g bags? Also can I ask what juice and how much you were blending with the fruit?

“Pro juice has gone down very well with my clients. I offer my clients a smoothie after they have finished there treatments with me, every client this week has taken one. The delivery was taken and the delivery man was so helpful, there was so much more in the starter kit than I had expected. The kit was well packaged and worth every penny I will be using Pro juice again.”

“Very happy with the product excellent feedback from our customers. Only problem when we got our last delivery one of the boxes of juice was damaged. It was sent back but the information had not been relayed back and we have had to chase the refund.”

“Great friendly staff. Happy with all the products. Find it quite difficult with your delivery as it is twice a week, but has to be ordered 3 and a half days prior. That means that for a Tuesday delivery I have to order before I have received my delivery on Friday. Which means I run out of stock of some of the smoothies when I have a busy weekend for the week.”

“The driver didnt have a clue about thr products and delivered while i was very busy at the café. I called the following day to mention a missing item from the delivery, however the receptionist failed to believe me. I don't think a client should experience what I have despite spending almost £300 on goods from yourselves.”

Hello Yalda, Thank you for your order and your valuable feedback Our drivers are not trained in our products as our range is very extensive – however during the hours of 8:30 and 5pm we are always available at the end of the phone to help with any queries regarding deliveries, product range and promotional support. With regards to your missing item our sales team would have no reason to doubt you and I apologise if you feel this was the case – we always fulfil our customers’ orders and hopefully exceed their expectations. The confusion seems to have occurred because you received the correct number of boxes and signed to state your delivery was complete plus no boxes were returned to our depot. If you think your order was incomplete and we can be of further assistance then please do get in touch to discuss so we can come to a happy conclusion.

“From beginning to end Paul and Luke have been incredibly helpful and professional. Their support was very much needed and there advice went above and beyond of what was expected. The training was very useful and we are hoping to have a good relationship with Projuice going forward. They always get back to my queries very quickly, however random! “NOW IN MY SECOND SEASON USING PROJUICE , I HAVE FOUND THE STAFF ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE QUITE ABRUPT AND NOT ALWAYS THE FRIENDLIEST OR MOST FLEXIBLE , BEING A SMALL SCALE BUSINESS JUST STARTING OUT AND HAVING LIMITED STORAGE SPACE AND HAVING TO ORDER SMALL AND OFTEN , I HAVE FOUND THE DELIVERY CHARGES VERY EXPENSIVE . HAVING USED OTHER COMPANYS FOR VARIOUS SUPPLIES , NONE OF THEM HAVE THESE HIGH CHARGES , IF AT ALL . PRODUCT WISE , I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS”

I’m sorry you’ve experienced less than our usual 5 star customer service and I do hope your next experience with Projuice is a more positive one. Our wholesale delivery pricing structure allows us to offer the most competitive product prices in the industry and free delivery is available if purchasing 15 boxes or more with a £2.75 charge per box if ordering less than 15. Your box totals can include anything in our product range including disposables such as cups and lids as well as our range of frozen products. We also offer a 6 box pricelist where free delivery is available when ordering 6 or more boxes however the individual product price is higher – this option is not available online.
