It didn't. I've had to pay 30 pounds delivery because I'm not a big company and can't order a lot of stock. Not impressed, then I get a reply saying I could of ordered 6 boxes and paid a bit more but got free delivery.

Hi Simon, thanks for your review. Our delivery charges are in place due to the high costs of refrigerated delivery. We like to make our delivery costs transparent rather than incorporate them in the price of our products. We do have the option of a 6 box pricelist with free delivery for 6 or more boxes - however the cost of our products is higher. Good products but delivery charges are far too high for small businesses who are generally not able to order large quantities, companies should not profit out of delivery charges.

Hi there, Thanks for your review - we do not in any way profit from delivery charges, in fact we lose money as the costs of refrigerated delivery are very high. The cost of our products are very competitive and thus if you do see a delivery charge on your order you can rest assured you're still getting great value for money. If you really do not want to see a delivery charge then we offer a phone only 6 box pricelist but the product price is higher. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange collection from our warehouse. bought a blender 3 months ago stopped work after little use called and told I needed to order part which wasn't covered under warranty it was £8.50 which was not to bad but the delivery £6 delivery and was advised I will need to replace this part every 3 months this should be on the advert of the blender

Hello there, thanks for your review. There is no steadfast rule in when you should replace parts, the frequency you need to replace the blades and/or drive socket completely depend on how often the blender is used and the manner in which it is used. 3 to 6 months is advisable for high volume establishments. I'm not saying this is the case here but one very common cause of parts wearing out quickly is removing the jug from the blender before the motor has come to a complete stop. The huge benefit of our blenders is that if the drive socket or blades wear out they can be replaced easily and relatively cheaply. Most other blenders do not allow this and you are required to purchase a brand new jug or blender at considerable cost. We are looking for a new smoothie provider for our small business and I was on the verge of placing the order when I noticed that I was being charged £30 for £76 of goods. On calling Projuice to check this as it seemed wrong the operator said I would need to order 15 boxes to qualify for free delivery and £30 was correct for all smaller orders. A real shame as the juice flavours offered are good, but I do not have storage for 15 boxes of fruit and cannot justify a delivery charge that is nearly half the price of the order! Small businesses are priced out of this one.

Hi Sarah, Many thanks for your review. We do offer free delivery on 15 boxes but this is part of a sliding scale of delivery charges. so the more you order the less you pay. This is due to the high cost of refrigerated delivery I'm afraid. You can increase your number of boxes by adding cups, lids, straws, sauces etc. However if you are looking to place smaller orders then we do partner with a number of local food service companies throughout the country such as Delice De France and Hunts who can deliver 1, 2 or 3 boxes no problem. delivery was on time and got a call from the company after taking order. few cup was missing 10oz cup box and box was damage. if you can make quality of the product it is great. quality of the cup and lid need to be improved.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback and please accept our apologies - all our cups are dispatched by UPS in good condition boxes and in quantities of 1000. As a new customer had a few start up Issues. Must say All have been resolved and sorted. Would be better for me to recive confirmation by phone as I don't allways see the junk mail and that's how it gets missed products are good

Service is good and we love your products but please please get a proper distribution sorted in Scotland! At the moment we're between Arytza who stock some items we sell but not all. We want to continue with your smoothie, milkshake and waffle products but the current delivery charges/order process is not making it easy for us and we may have to seek alternatives.
