“Hi, the product hasn't arrived as yet, but we are all excited by the prospect of being able to sell ice cream out of our little store. The purchasing process was relatively smooth, however, the on-line system kept adding delivery (from £9.99 to £49) - this was quickly rectified by your team once I highlighted it.”

“we are enjoying doing the smoothies but we do find that they are a little too thick with only 300ml of juice... (some are thicker than others but we have even had different results within the same kind... ) I'd like to experiment (and not on the customers) with just apple juice or just orange juice so that a) I can decide which juice to buy and b) I can choose which varieties to stock as we can't do them all so it would it good to be able to buy individual amounts (i.e. maybe 4 of 3 different ones = 18 rather than a whole pack of 18) Some more start up help from your staff and greater flexibility on purchase would have been good.... ALSO it now appears I did not order enough apple/mango/orange juice (I ordered 1 box of 4x 5lts) so today I have rung to order more only to find the delivery costs astronomical as its not 15 items ! Its only ambient stock too so does not require a refrigerated van. I hoped given it was my first order I may have got advise on this, or I may have had better service once I discovered the issue but the lady was quite unhelpful. (I know there are others in my region who also order so we could perhaps have piggy backed on their delivery if she had made a note as to when a van was coming my way and maybe called me?!) I am now forced to get juice from somewhere else until I am ready to place a larger order... on the whole I'm not feeling v satisfied with customer service :-(”

“Driver very polite, and helpful, telesales always happy to help, feel i ordered too much choc sticks, but this is my first time and i m sure i will get it right, will be using you again, shame you have to order 15 boxes for free delivery, as i am only a small tea room and will have to order every few months.”

“It was a fantastic experience and a highly recommended training!! Luke has demonstrated each part of the training with minute details....Very friendly chap and learnt a lot on the day...We will be starting up a juice bar soon and our confidence level has really boost because of this training.....Drove 9 hours on the day - Completely Worth :)”

“Had a fantastic day of training at Projuice. Wasn't to sure what to expect but it surpassed my expectations and has helped me a great deal! Luke was very easy to work along side and made it really fun. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of opening a juice bar.”

“Great range and selection and we use many items - only downside is the cost of frozen deliveries, for a single trader it can be a challenge making it worthwhile meaning sometimes we run out of individual items but need to hang on to make a bulk order.”

“Switching to the larger 150g packets is not a good idea as all my customers who have them say they are too big for a 12oz smoothie. Having them all as 150g is not good for me or my customers so it looks like I will have to source 100g sachets elsewhere. Also I am not Seth.....!!”
