“Promotion Products is my go-to branded merch supplier! Jade is very responsive and shows initiative by providing proofs and/or alternative solutions to our requests as soon as we lodge an inquiry. On top of that, she ensures smooth coordination with printers/ suppliers to work with our deadlines, long or short. This saves us a lot of time and back and forth communication, and Jade's extra attention to detail is what makes Promotion Products stand out with competitive suppliers that I've used in the past.”

“Special thanks to Manny and the team, who fulfilled a recent order for the NSW Rural Fire Service, for our Safe Work Australia Month campaign in October 2024. The product turned out perfect, with customised design work executed on each individual item and in terms of turnaround time, the team were very accommodating to deadlines we needed the goods by.
