“I ordered a golf jacket on Dec. 6th . I received an email saying I would be updated on its delivery on Dec. 8th. Sunday Dec 12th I emailed Proozy asking where my golf jacket was , I received an email back saying they were closed on Sundays and someone would get back to me . By Wed. the 15th when nobody contacted me I tried calling the customer service phone number and the automated system said that all their agents were busy and they would call me back. nobody called back . I tried calling the next day and got the same message , again nobody called me back.”

“Warning. Their return policy is short
Their return policy is only 30 days . Bought a $60 spider jacket for my brother and I didn’t get to see him till a few weeks after and it is too small.. definitely not accurate size fit ,. They refused to return, exchange or give me credit .. think during a pandemic they should revisit their return policy to Be more customer service friendly. Will not use again And will warn friends.”

Thank you for your feedback. We currently have a holiday return policy that allows returns within 60 days once the package has been received. Our usual policy is 30 days once the package has been received. Unfortunately, your order is outside of 60 days and we are not able to make an exception however we thank you for your comment and feedback.

9SEP21 (the one star would be a no star or less if that was possible)
Rec'd a Steve Madden coat that once laundered (using appropriate instructions attached to garment btw) fell apart. Attempts to contact Proozy by contact form failed repeatedly. Phone number that is U.S. Central time had recording saying office closed, this at 1528 hrs., when hours given as closing at 1730 hrs. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away...methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat...
Note: did receive email denying refund saying item had been washed (which is when it fell apart).”

Their website says they have a hassle-free return policy. I do not consider me having to pay for shipping to return poor quality knock-offs to be hassel free.
Do not buy from here as the customer service is not helpful and just copies and pastes canned responses, the products are also poor and knockoffs - very uncomfortable and itchy.”

“Ordered 4 adidas sweatshirts. Two 3T’s and two 4T’s . None of them would have fit a 18 month old . The opening for their head was half the size it should have been . They all had different length sleeves even the ones that were to be the same size . All had different lengths and super short at that . Send customer a email with the pictures and their reply was “ our team looked at the inventory and have not found anything issues that your having !!!!!! Apparently they sell brand name clothing that didn’t pass I inspection to be sold at legit stores .”

“I came across the website Proozy.com and found what seemed to be good deals on brand name merchandise. I found a deal for men's Under Armour Heatgear t-shirts, 5 for $55. I ordered 5 for my husband, one in each color offered. When they came to the house I took the tags off and put them right in the wash, which is what I do with all new clothing. My husband put one of the shirts on yesterday and said there's no way it's a real Under Armour shirt. When I took a closer look at all of the shirts I realized that he was right. They are so thin they are completely see through, they have no stretch to them at all, and I can see where all the logos and tags were ironed on and the outline around it. Some logos are already cracking after 1 wash and the tag on the inside does not resemble the traditional Under Armour tags at all. They are nowhere near the quality of real Under Armour merchandise. Upon realizing this, I researched reviews for the website more and found a few reviews from recently that stated the same thing about the merchandise not being authentic.
I emailed the company with my complaint asking for a refund and received an email back guaranteeing that their merchandise is 100% authentic and saying I could return any unworn, unwashed, new with tags merchandise (which of course mine is not). I responded to this reply in greater detail and received a reply back with WORD for WORD the exact same response I was given before.
STAY AWAY from this website. Their merchandise is not legitimate.”
“Received 5 under Armor heat gear T-Shirrs today. Opened first shirt, super thin almost see through material with loose threads on most seams. Compared to heatgear shirt I picked up at Marshall’s and there are no authenticity tags amongst the other tags UA includes on the inside of its shirts. Where UA silkscreens the size and type of shirt and fit, proxy shirt says UA made in Bangladesh in large letters. 1st photo is Marshall’s shirt,, second and third are the proozy showing how thin shirt is and silkscreen around neckline. I contacted UA and they verified these are counterfeit. Then Proozy is making me pay $7 to send this garbage back.”
