“I agreed to a $ 1 charge for a one time report. When I reviewed credit card statements I found two $ 20 charges. They set up a recurring charge. I called customer service and they claim the website says there will be recurring charges. I'm pretty aware and careful. I definitely did not see or intend to agree to ongoing charges for a website I have no more use for. I was told I will receive a credit of $ 40 and no more charges. I will monitor my credit card to ensure this happens.”

“Super scam business. The information I requested was not evern provided and they kept charging my credit card every month $20. I just requested one property record and after $100 of charges and mutliple attempts to get them to stop charging me hopefully it will stop
Absolutely do not give this company any money and utilize them. You will have better luck just using Google or a search engine.”
“SCAM business. I also paid $1 for a one-time house report last August. They then started charging a subscription recurring fee of $9.95/mo. without my signing up for any further info. I called them and complained and they assured me they would delete my "account" and never charge again. Today, Oct 9, 2024, they did it again. I called and complained again and they said would refund. I asked my bank to issue an new card because I do not believe them. Shuold be prosecuted!”
