“I selected the $1 report for which my card was charge immediately. Two days later, I noticed a $30 charge had been made as well. I called their customer support and the person said immediately that I had not read the fine print. I had checked to see if there were any extra charges but I guess I did not check carefully enough. Watch out if order anything from them and read *ALL* their fine print very carefully.”

“For a dollar, they bring together a pretty good report from public records. Then they started texting me about other reports they'd be providing me. When I asked about how they made money with all this work for $1, they said they weren't authorize to tell me in some broken English. So I canceled my credit card and told him so and they said that they would cancel all future charges. I had no intention and was not aware that they would be charging me on a regular basis.

“This is the 2nd time I have used this site and the first time they set me up on automatic payments of $30/mo. I only paid $1 for the report and did not request a monthly subscription. I just wanted one report. So the next time I pulled the report looking for a deed. I wrote this in my original review and was offered a $20 Amazon gift card to change it. Well I did and I am still waiting on the gift card. I was told they are having some technical difficulties. Just saying make sure you click on the button that says I do not want a monthly subscription, Who wants the same report on a monthly basis and how often would it change and how often do you need a report such as this.”
