Best use of time and money. I had my moments spiraling in uncertainty and anxiety in my first weeks postpartum. It made me a negative person (not myself). My coach helped to guide me out of that headspace and toward a more productive one. My family and myself are much better off for it!

She’s everything I could ask for in a therapist, she’s so real and honestly I’ve never met someone as awesome!

I reached out to Prospera toward the end of my most recent pregnancy when I felt my capacity shrinking. I noticed the rage bubbling up, and I knew I wanted something different for my toddler, my upcoming newborn, and my husband. I wanted to be a mom who could regulate her emotions, at least most of the time, and create a home that felt emotionally safe. I also didn’t want to keep lashing out at my husband, my partner and teammate. I knew I needed support. Victoria is a rare combination of deeply compassionate and incredibly practical. She holds space without trying to fix you, while also offering tools you can actually implement in your everyday life. I’m very particular when it comes to support. I had an incredible therapist for years, and after that ended, I went through four others trying to find the right fit. With Victoria, I finally feel like I can exhale. Her nonjudgmental presence, paired with the accountability of weekly sessions, and tools she provides, has been invaluable, especially during such a tender season. Becoming a medical mama in the early months of my son’s life brought challenges I couldn’t have prepared for, while also navigating a close family member in a severe mental health crisis. I know without a doubt I would be handling all of this very differently without her support. Prospera makes high quality mental health support accessible for real, busy moms. You don’t have to worry about your child interrupting your session or spend time explaining the weight of motherhood, because they already understand it. That alone makes the work deeper and more impactful. The tools I’ve learned have helped me navigate postpartum rage, anxiety, and ADHD in a way that feels tangible and sustainable. While the integration of the tools takes time, having real practices to return along with a compassionate coach that can truly hold space, has been everything. I also appreciate the flexibility of virtual sessions and scheduling that actually works for my life as a stay at home mom during the day and a business owner in the evenings. The additional support, from reminders to a care coordinator, makes the entire experience feel held from every angle. I would recommend Prospera, with especially Victoria, to any mom at any stage of motherhood. It truly makes a difference.

Bonnie is wonderful! She is very easy to talk with and open up to. I never feel rushed and truly feel heard. She is also great at keeping things on track and being able to piece everything together and help emotions make sense. I highly recommend this company for postpartum support.

I am roughly a month into Prospera and I have genuinely benefited so much from the handful of sessions I’ve had with my coach. I feel seen and heard, and challenged in the best ways. I’ve been able to implement some of the tools daily and it has really made a difference in my mental health/my sense of presence.

Kim is amazing. I connected with her from the start and she feels like a good friend. She makes me feel comfortable enough to be open and honest with her and she listens intently. She offers practical and easy ways to work on shifting my perspective that doesn’t feel impossible or too time consuming as a mom of two young children. I was skeptical at first but I’m really glad I gave Prospera a chance and I’m so thankful for the help Kim has given me so far.

I was feeling so alone and unlike myself for several months after my baby was born. This outlet has changed my perspective on so many things, I really feel like I have a better chance at reconnecting with my former self, but an even better version now.

It felt a little silly, looking into this because I found it on Instagram. But it has been extremely helpful to have a type of therapy that is solely focused on postpartum mental health.

Anna is amazing. She is great at giving feedback, listening and creating a welcoming environment where I feel open enough to talk about my problems and we can work through them together.

I am working with my coach during our fertility journey. Sadly for us it has been 5.5yrs of not becoming parents, yet. My couch is so supportive and helpful! I highly recommend for folks working on becoming a mom through a challenging fertility journey.

Prospera has been absolutely amazing, and my coach Becky is second to none. I wasn’t sure where to begin, but my postpartum journey has been completely transformed for the better because of her. From the easy scheduling process to the great tools Prospera provides and their incredible flexibility, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My coach, Anna, does a fantastic job combining empathy and actionable outcomes that make me feel like every session is time well spent (especially when available time is a scarce resource with a newborn). I do have experience working with therapists in the past, and I am a dog behavior professional myself, so I have a high bar of expectation for my own care. Prospera has exceeded my expectations! I love having access to a library of skills and tools that are specific to postpartum life, and when my coach assigns a tool for the week I know what to work on so I can continue improving. If I'm unable to complete my homework, my coach adapts the session to meet me where I am that day. I know progress with behavior change is an up and down process, but overall I'm seeing a positive trend as a result of working with my Prospera coach and I look forward to our sessions every week.

Working with Prospera has truly been such a meaningful part of my TTC journey. In just a few months, I’ve already noticed a shift in my mindset, which has made such a difference during what can be an emotional roller coaster. Sara has been incredibly supportive, compassionate, and understanding every step of the way. She creates a space where I feel heard, validated, and encouraged, which has helped me navigate the ups and downs with so much more strength and clarity. TTC can feel isolating at times, but Prospera has reminded me that I’m not alone—and that kind of support is invaluable. I’m so grateful for this experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone going through a similar journey. 💛

While I’m only a month into the program I’m a thankful. This safe space has helped me flourish as a mom and just my day to day post baby. My coach has been supportive while also honest. She has given me constant tools and supported me even when I feel at my lowest. Most definitely am happy I found This program.

Postpartum from my first child rocked my world. It was unlike I had ever experienced. Having two littles back to back at 41 was a reality shift in the most basic of explanations, deeper reflections reveal it changes you mentally, physically and emotionally, in ways you haven’t seen since puberty. Ever heard of matrescence? Me neither! Luckily, my coach knew I needed to know this term! Honestly, just having a name for what you’re going through makes all the difference. This book was a good read and great recommendation. I got Prospera on board to ensure my 2nd bout with postpartum didn’t upheave my life like the first time around! And thankfully, it helped so much! I didn’t feel as crazy, I felt way more in control and talking to someone else normalized my thoughts and emotions. And it’s helpful to have someone besides your spouse to dump all of this onto. Your relationship isn’t meant to carry the load of all the thoughts in your head and all the emotions in your chest, especially not the hormonal driven ones from postpartum! Prospera helped save my marriage! I don’t like thin ice and this program helps thicken the ice to give you the confidence to skate right through it! Everyone’s experience is different and I’m thankful I was placed with the right coach for me. From the first phone call to place you with a coach I felt relief. If you’re looking for that, Prospera has a way of offering it to you in a gentle and very human way! Real people, real WOMEN, who have experienced this. And in truth, no one can prepare you for what motherhood will do to you, but that’s part of the magic! You have to go through it, through the thick of it, the ugly, the dirty, the shift is where the magic is found! And the mirror does not lie, you won’t recognize yourself, but that’s ok, the new you is here and Prospera helps you realize you aren’t alone in this new season. Every woman on earth who becomes a mom goes through this, you definitely aren’t alone. And we call it a season because there’s a change that occurs. A shift in temperature, scenery and overall mood. Lean into the change, don’t fight it. And it’s our responsibility as women, to inform the next new mamas of what to expect. Modern society has stripped the communal aspect of labor and delivery and pregnancy as a whole. The best we can do now is talk about this postpartum shift and what to expect and most importantly, teach the men! Once you realize the magnitude of what you’re going through, imagine a man trying to make sense of this! We need to teach them of this change that will occur, then maybe they can learn to support us better. Knowing that most of my issues occurred when I’m hungry or tired helped me translate real solutions for my husband to understand and fix! Anna has been a great help! She is kind, calm and helps me reframe my thoughts, which in turn helps me monitor my emotions! Priceless! I look forward to my chats with Anna and knowing I have someone to check in with weekly decreases my anxiety and keeps me accountable. I look forward to having someone to share my successes with and also share my fears with. A lot can happen in a week, I can feel sad, guilty and enraged in lightning speed, my coach helps me categorize these and determine their importance. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll need this service, but for this insanely important transition in my life, I’m not getting rid of this luxury! My nails can wait, my hair can wait, but my mental state, that can’t wait. It’s probably THE most important part of my routine and one that I prioritize! I answered my zoom call in the middle of the NiCU! I couldn’t find a reason not to. It was good/necessary for me to talk at that time. And if other moms/dads/nurses saw or heard me, great! Maybe they’ll start to see how important it is too! Grandmas, friends, aunts and sisters, looking for the most influential gift for new moms?? Postpartum therapy is so thoughtful and needed, give the gift of mental stability, emotional support and priceless guidance! You can’t put it in a gift bag at the baby shower, but let’s shower the new mom with strength, comfort and grace! I’ve found relief and I want that for all new moms, Prospera, highly recommend! -Jessica Kennedy
