Postpartum as a first time mom was scary and unknown and I knew I needed someone who specialized in this area. Prospera saved me as I was navigating such an overwhelming time. Becky has been a wonderful coach. I feel heard and understood while also receiving actual tools on how to feel better.

I am so happy that I found Prospera. I get so much out my sessions with my coach and I have applied them to so many areas of my life. My husband has also benefited greatly with me telling him what I’ve learned in my sessions. Prospera is a safe space. I feel heard, supported and never judged. I have already recommended Prospera to multiple friends and family members.

Prospera has been a huge blessing to me as a first time mom with postpartum depression. The team took the time to match me with a coach who was very open to share some of her experiences as a mom which were relatable to me and what I was going through. I always came away encouraged after my sessions and the tools and activities that were assigned between sessions were very helpful. I also really appreciate their flexible subscription plan options. Overall I am so thankful to have found Prospera and they have helped me get out of my PPD and start enjoying my life and my sweet baby again!

Truly has been a blessing and I wish I did this earlier. As a mother, it's so vulnerable to share struggles.. not here. This is truly a safe space and doesn't feel robotic. It feels like getting coffee with a trusted mentor and friend who has the language and tools to work through specifics of motherhood. Very thankful for Emily who is available WEEKENDS! It's not just talk therapy. It's tools and skills that build on top of each other week to week. I absolutely love my children and feel more confident each week that I actively work on my motherhood with Prospera. Their motto should be, "we get it- now let's fix it"

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far with Prospera. The ease of scheduling appointments, the resources provided and accessibility of the portal is top notch. My coach, Sarah, has been incredible - she is able to educate and provide tools to assist with my postpartum symptoms. She is kind, patient and super compassionate.

Vanessa is amazing. She’s very easy to talk to and I love that this program is targeted towards moms. She’s kind, listens and comes to me with solutions and thinking differently about my situations. I would recommend this program to any mother who wants a new perspective on life.

I’m not in the post partum stage anymore— my kids are 4 and 6 — but I knew I needed some help with my anger, so I searched for mental health for moms and found Prospera. I’m a couple of months in and Prospera has given me the tools to be self aware and move confidently toward realistic goals with self compassion. They are tool oriented— so not just talk therapy, (which can be good too!) but progressive steps toward understanding triggers and using proven methods to identify impulses and reframe anxious thoughts. I am so thankful I found them and honestly wish I had started right after my kids were born. My coach is a great fit and I appreciate that she is also a mom.

My experience with Prospera has been truly life-changing, and I share this with deep gratitude and hope for other moms who may be struggling in silence. After the birth of my first child, I went through an extremely difficult postpartum period marked by depression, anxiety, and even rage. It was one of the most frightening and isolating experiences of my life. Even as my daughter is now almost four years old, the fear of going through that again made the idea of trying for a second baby feel overwhelming. Yet this year, we knew in our hearts that we wanted to grow our family, and I also knew that I needed real, specialized support to do so in a healthy way. That’s when I found Prospera. I was honestly quite desperate and needed someone who truly understood postpartum mental health and could help me find my way forward. I have now had about five sessions with my coach, Sarah, and I can say without hesitation that she has been the single most helpful and impactful person I have ever worked with. Sarah is not only deeply compassionate and validating, but she also helps me truly understand my own thought patterns and emotional responses. She empowers me to see my strength and gives me the tools to work through challenges myself. That kind of empowerment has been incredibly healing. This is still ongoing work, but for the first time, I feel supported, understood, and hopeful. I also deeply admire Prospera’s mission. They are providing something so needed for mothers—specialized, accessible mental health care at a cost that is far more affordable than traditional therapy. In fact, an entire month with Prospera costs about the same as just one or two sessions with many other providers. That kind of accessibility can make all the difference for moms who might otherwise go without help. I am profoundly grateful that Prospera exists. I have already shared my experience with several of my mom friends, and I will continue to do so. To any mom who is struggling: you are not alone, and you do not have to carry this by yourself. Reaching out was one of the most important and healing decisions I have ever made, and I hope more mothers will give themselves the same gift of support and care.

I've been meeting with my coach Melissa as I'm navigating pregnancy after loss. I am grateful for the balance of listening, affirming, and actionable steps for me to work on and deal with my anxieties. I've found support through traditional therapy models as well, but have found Prospera coaches experiences with my specific needs to be very helpful.

In a time when I was feeling so overwhelmed and hopeless, I didn’t have the clarity or energy to jump through the hoops and hurdles of "getting help". Prospera made getting help so easy and I wish more Moms knew about this life changing resource and support. I’m very grateful for my coach Kelly and how she’s supported me in feeling like myself again. It’s a game changer when you find the support and guidance you need.

I couldn’t be more thankful for starting Prospera and beginning my journey towards improving my mental health! This is the first time I’ve ever worked with a coach, and Tracey has exceeded every expectation. I leave each session feeling recharged and excited to use my new tools. If you have any doubts about starting— don’t! I wish I would have had this in place well before I had my daughter. Being currently pregnant with baby #2, I’m at ease knowing I have this support going into another season of postpartum.

Prospera truly helped me reframe my thinking during this new journey into motherhood. What once felt overwhelming now feels more manageable because I’ve learned to shift my mindset and trust myself more. It gave me confidence and reassurance I didn’t even realize I needed. I feel more grounded, capable, and empowered navigating this new chapter, and I’m so grateful for the supportive and encouraging experience it provided.

I never really had anxiety/depression until after the birth of my first child. It was mild and medication seemed to help me a lot. After about two years I stopped the meds as I felt I didn’t need them anymore. Fast forward 7 yrs later after the birth of my twin boys the PPD/anxiety is back with a vengeance and medication alone this time is not cutting it. So a friend recommended I try therapy through prospera ( which I have never tried any kind of therapy before). So far after about 4 sessions I really feel like it is helping me. It’s a slow process for me but I have been given different tools/ thought processes to try and use during some really difficult or anxious situations. I am looking forward to see how more sessions with my coach will help me. I def would recommend trying out for any moms struggling with postpartum issues.

I am so glad I found Prospera! I've tried other therapy but it was not as specifically tailored to the challenges of motherhood. I am excited to continue my healing journey to better myself for my own sake and my family's.
