“Works great, I can see the effect from day one, but do see even further improvement 1 to 2 weeks later. I can concentrate easier and I am less distractible. My body does appear sensitive to it and if take 2 tabs daily does lead to insomnia for me ( after taking for about one month consistently). So I try to take it three days in a row and take one day off and seems to do the trick with no side effects.”
