The issue I have is nothing to do with collectors. I understand they have to work within a system. I am a person who uses online ie banking through standing orders thus I don't have hard copy bills and you don't take bank statements. I also don't like the question how much would you spend on drink and cigarettes. I don't drink or smoke but the question has a social economic dynamic of stereotype. In essence Provident loans are for smokers and drinkers.
