I paid extra the week after and I just found her to be very kind and easy to talk to.
Also the agent who took time out of day off of her work hours,while going on holidays in a car on the way to the airport. she was so kind her name and area is carlow Ireland,her name is,Catherine and OHHH MY GOD
THAT WOMAN IS A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY, I'm deafly serious,she was in the car on the way to the airport going on a family holiday ....but that AMAZING woman stuck by me for over a hour with phone calls,text msg's, photos. Bank statements and so on that Lady is amazing
And hand on heart is a credit a effing credit to the company,to do what she did,shows how committed to her job and loves her job and she should get a raise for just this one act,but I'd bet she was not just like that with me but all clients,an amazing woman who for me shows the company in an amazing light and I would say so publicly and going further with her,in my opinion who be a great business decision and could be the stand out worker. of face of the company and I wish More would follow in her foot stemps she should be more than an manager or team leader,iv NO IDEA on job description or position. Just that to do what she did on her day off,not getting paid driving to the airport on a family experience,she took over an hour talking on and off,calling colleges getting back to me,it was unheard of what she did,and I'd bet she did not get paid and no one knows but me her family on the day in the car,I'm way at than happy that's why I rated five stars and would do again,very kind easy to speak to warm and friendly,and done everything I mean everything in her power to get me my loan for house hold goods as iv moved house and needed a few bits,I would 100%brecomend,the company and I back Catherine 100% she is a credit to the company. And my house caller Helen is very nice also
