"Absolutely disgusting! I live in Tampa,Florida and was hit with Helene and Milton Hurricanes which left me without,power,internet and unable to go to work. Never had a late fee before. This one time due to the devastation of these storms I was late making the payment by two weeks, they denied waiving the late fee. People's lives are completely turned upside down and are struggling to pick.up.the pieces and Public Storage could care less! Money hungry corporate bs!!"
