“The option of giving zero stars was not an option so I had to go with one star. Firstly, I had Publish Americans publish a book for me that went, "okay". The book looked amazing but there was one edit that NEVER was fixed, and it was a very important edit. In fact, I mentioned this in the very first email when I start down the road with them. After I received the hard copy of my first book, there was VERY heavy sales pressure to move forward. And, I wanted to get my work out there. I hoped they could deliver on what they promised. So, I contracted with them to publish 20 books for me. Due to the situation and heavy pressure, I had them put into the contract that my fee would be returned to me in double from sales profits, within 6 months. Six months later, only one of the 20 books contracted with them had been published. To be fair to them, two other books were ready to be published by this time. They told me that my client liaison had been in a terrible car accident. This was kind of like am excuse as to why the work had not been completed. But, by this time, I had ZERO sales. This was very concerning to me. I had to take matters in my own hands at that point. The initial book that was published, came with a website that was supposed to sell my over-sized coffee table book. The site is barely started. They kept promising me that they could deliver on every item they contracted for but it was too late for me. I had to pull the plug on the contract. And, to make matters worse, I just got an email from Amazon letting me know that the first book that was published had the royalties set up to go to "Elite Wiki Writers". This is not me, so, I will be having the first book removed from the system. However, this means that all of the other platforms where the initial book was published now has any sales royalties going to some company by the name of - Elite Wiki Writers.”
