“Order placed Sunday on web site - received Friday afternoon and it was only a small carraige paid order .Not what l call a fast delivery - people like Amazon deliver within 2-3 days max ! Happy with delivery otherwise.”

Hi Nick I am extremely sorry about this, it is not our usual turnaround time for orders to be delivered. We did have an extremely busy week last week and a few orders were delayed by a day or two. In future, if you need the goods more quickly, or have any issues with your delivery, please email me and I will make sure your goods are dispatched ASAP. We have subsequently increased staff levels in our packing area to combat this problem. Kind Regards Matthew

“Puckator has always been a great company to deal with, on the rare occasions I have had cause to email them they are very quick to response and have always dealt with my issues in 1 email, on the rarer occasions I have phoned them the customers service has been next to none. With regard to stock prices, delivery and quality I could not ask for better, the fast delivery is what it says your items are with you in 1-2 days and normal delivery my items have been with me within 5 days every time. I can always put an extremely health markup on each item, not just because everything looks so good but because the base price is always so competitively priced. Puckator are a top rate company and I hope to be dealing with them for a very long time to come, and would just say to anyone else that is considering selling the products Puckator sell that they would have to go a very long way to find a company as good on stock and customer service as Puckator are.”

“Easy to shop and very good service. They contact you by email and text to tell you what day and time to expect your goods- which have always turned up when stated. The order is well packed and secure, the only negative thing was the packaging inside the box seemed damp and smelt slightly on my last order, however my overall shopping experience has been nothing but positive and I will continue to shop here.”

“Always good communication and helpful, but a couple of small points when i first started to purchase items i was sent a text and email to let me know when my items arrived that has failed to happen several times now and i think your quality control needs higher standards this would save you money on having to pay for items being returned. I have used Puckator a lot and will again but just thought i would point the above out. Thanks”

Hi Paul Thank you for you mostly positive review. You certainly should still receive a text and email letting you know when goods will arrive, I am chasing now to find out why this didn't happen on this occasion. With regards quality control, we do endeavor to inspect goods before they leave the manufacturer and again when they arrive in our UK warehouse. Our returns rate is therefore very low, although we realise it is an inconvenience to the customer, if a return has to be made and we try to make it as painless as possible on these rare occasions.
