“Puckator is only 1 of the suppliers I use in my business, but it is by far the best, the products are top quality and packaged insect a way that there is almost no chance of damage. The range of choice is fantastic with few items listed as out of stock, and there are plenty of products being frequently added. Delivery is quick and has always been on time and in great condition. I have only ever contacted customer services via email but they have always appeared to be friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Puckator is a company I would happily recommend to any business wish to stock these types of lines, and I can safely say my business would not b growing as fast as it is if it were not for Puckator's products and helpful staff.”

“I have always had really good service and would have normally given five stars but I have had so many items arriving damaged which is very frustrating. Some items are packed really well but others arrive without sufficient packaging and get broken on route to me.”

Dear Janet We are so sorry to hear about the problem you had with the last delivery, and the fact that it has happened before. This is not a problem we are encountering regularly, so I will get straight on to the warehouse manager to see why your orders seem to be problematic in terms of packaging. “Order arrived quickly but the boxes were ripped again. This happens on every order, the cardboard is too thin for so many items. Thankfully nothing was damaged. No Easter egg :-(”

Hello David I am very sorry to hear about the issues with ripped boxes on your previous two deliveries, as you can see from the vast majority of our positive feedback, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. I am contacting our warehouse immediately to find out the reasons for this. I will make sure this isn't something that happens again. With regards the Easter Egg, the promotion exceeded our expectations and as per the terms and conditions, it was "whilst stocks last". However, look out for some goodies in your next order ! “Puckator gifts are great. They offer a wide range of products at very competitive prices. It is only recently that I have been using Puckator, and my first delivery arrived with a damaged item. The problem was resolved without any fuss and a refund issued without delay. Thank you Puckator!”

“Very good service arrived quickly and well packed the only thing I would say is that it would be better to put in smaller boxes as I only had one big box arrive and it was over weight because of the sand toys and the poor delivery guy hurt himself as he was handling it . I myself had to split it up to move it .”

Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your review and feedback about the packaging. The sand animals should not be put into our larger boxes as they do make them very heavy and awkward to move. “One of the best I used in time getting out to me . Would of been nice if I got a text to say when it was turning up like other company do . But that the shipping company not the wholesalers . As I was off that day . But all was well. Great items very Plz that all was well packet too. Lovely stock . Will be useing again that for sure Big thxs”
