Hello Barbara Thanks you for your feedback. Obviously we are devastated at our first 2 star review and just want to get to the bottom of the issue. Breakages can happen from time to time, but we pride ourselves on how we deal with these situations. Can you let me know as a matter of urgency when you reported these breakages, as I would like to get an idea of what has happened and why the credit has been delayed. Kind Regards Matthew Shaw

“Website is easy to use, and stock levels are displayed with stock replacement dates aswell which is great :-) Prices are reasonable as are delivery charges. Quality of items is excellent. The main thing I will be purchasing from you is Stamford incense as recently previous suppliers have stopped selling this (other than the ever popular black incense range). One thing that would be really helpful is if there was a £50 minimum order option. I am a sole trader with a market stall - and at the moment am having to order little and often. I can run out of a range if I have a rush on say Nag Champa, and need to get restocked quickly, but not necessarily wanting or needing to spend £100 plus vat and delivery in order to re-stock one or two lines.
