“I have rang your office on 7-1-16 (Thursday ) to report that our delivery parcel was arrived as damaged and your delivery driver has just left our parcel outside our shop when it was raining outside . The parcel was all wet and as you can see on the picture that the parcel was also damaged with a big hole showing some of the goods. After checking inside, some goods are wet as they were in a paper base boxes, I wanted to claim two boxes of items that are wet : A box of 24 x Lip floral gloss balm : product code is LIP39 A box of 24 x IQ cube : product code is TY516. Hi Matthew , Thank you for your reply , could you please credit me back to the debit card that I used. Thanks Catherine”

Hi Catherine I am really sorry about the issue you had with a parcel been left outside, this is clearly unacceptable. I would point out though, the driver is not "our" driver, but a third party courier, in this case DPD. We will of course take this up with them as a matter of urgency. We will also credit or replace the goods for you, whichever you prefer. Kind Regards Matthew

Dear Richard Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the delay in DPD delivering your order, this is quite unusual, but unfortunately when the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery time is slightly out of our hands. With regards the burners, I am sorry that some arrived broken, can you please contact customer service as soon as possible and they will rectify the situation for you. Regards Matthew

“The products are really lovely but a large percentage of the wax melts I ordered arrived in broken containers and I have had to repackage them and a few of the pens / pencils had parts missing.”

Hi Jade I am really pleased to know that you like the products. However, it is disappointing to hear that you had some issues with the broken containers. I will address this with our warehouse manager and make sure it doesn't happen again. In the meantime, if you contact our Customer Service, they will happily arrange replacements for you. “This was my first order and I must say the delivery was so quick I couldn't believe how fast the whole transaction took. The goods were packed tightly with minimum of wasted packaging. The goods are of a high quality and of a good price. There is no doubt that I shall use Puckator again in the future.”

“Goid customer service, would be better to have the £50.00 minimum order all the time, as there are often times when orders are placed but things are nit arriving for another few weeks. Making customers always having to buy things they dont want to make up minimum order value. Would love to see more dog salt and pepper pots of all breeds as well as money boxes as these are great gifts.”

“Unfortunately with our first order a lot of packaging was damaged. 2 items the packaging was completely ripped. I've emailed about the damage but not had a reply. To resell the damaged items on it would have to sell way below cost.”

Good Morning Marie I am so sorry to hear about the issues you had with some of the packing on your first order. We will of course replace the damages toy have free of charge. I am not sure when you emailed customer service? But we normally respond the same day Monday to Friday and first thing Monday if you have contacted us during the weekend.
